At Sky Ceylon Holidays (Pvt) Ltd, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with industry standards.
1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility will depend on how close your cancellation is to the scheduled check-in date:
- 30 or more days before check-in: 70% refund of the total tour cost.
- 21 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 14 to 20 days before check-in: 30% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows, late arrivals, early departures: No refund will be issued.
- Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of travel): Non-refundable
Please note: Some packages (such as those including flight tickets or third-party promotional rates) may be subject to separate cancellation terms and may be non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by Sky Ceylon Holidays
If a tour is cancelled by Sky Ceylon Holidays due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political instability, or low participation, a full refund or rescheduled trip option will be provided.
3. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued only via the original payment method used during the booking process. This includes:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayHere
- Bank Transfer
Refunds will not be processed via alternative payment methods.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Full name
- Tour Package Name
- Payment method
- Reason for cancellation
